Most weekends require a 3-night minimum and peak holiday weeks may require 5 to 7 nights. The Dunedin Duo as a 2-home group booking typically needs 4+ nights. Specific minimums show on each property's booking page for the dates you pick.
Check-in is 4 PM, check-out is 10 AM. Every home uses keyless entry. You get a code by email and text 48 hours before arrival. No key handoff, no lobby check-in. Early check-in or late check-out can usually be arranged if you ask.
All homes come fully stocked: hotel-grade linens and towels, full kitchen with cookware and dishes, coffee maker plus starter coffee, toiletries, paper goods, laundry supplies, beach gear at the beach-adjacent properties, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Bring food and a swimsuit.
Every property has free on-site parking. The Dunedin Duo has space for 4+ vehicles across both homes. The Downtown St. Pete Radiant Retreat has dedicated off-street parking, which is rare downtown.
All four properties are in Pinellas County, Florida: Dunedin, Clearwater, Seminole, and downtown St. Petersburg. Each is within easy reach of Gulf beaches, downtown food, and Tampa International Airport (TPA, about 25 to 40 min).

Dunedin and Clearwater are roughly 30 to 40 minutes from TPA. Seminole is about 35 minutes. Downtown St. Petersburg is roughly 25 minutes. All four are also about 15 to 25 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International (PIE).
